Is there a delivery charge?
For orders placed to the value of £50 or more your delivery will be free. All orders under £50 carry a delivery charge of £5.95
Can I have my delivery the next day?
We can deliver your order any day Monday to Saturday, depending on the area that you live in.
Who will deliver my order?
For local deliveries (within the North East of England) your order will be delivered in one our refrigerated vans, by our friendly delivery drivers. Our vans are branded with our Country Valley & Grand Reserve logos.
If you live outside of the North East your order will be packed in ice and foam and delivered by our nominated courier, Fedex UK.
Where can you deliver to?
Using Fedex UK we can deliver to anywhere in the UK except for the far north of Scotland and the Highlands. Please email info@newboulds.co.uk to check our delivery & mail order areas
How will my order arrive?
Your order will be packed securely and placed in a branded Newboulds or Grand Reserve box. All meat products are delivered to you chilled and uncooked, other than pork pies which are aready baked. If you are a mail order customer your order will be packed thoroughly in foam and ice.
What if I am out when my order is due to arrive?
We want to be as flexible as possible for our customers so if you place an order but will be out when your order is due to be delivered please send us an email as soon as you place your order to info@newboulds.co.uk with your order number and let us know where you would like it to be placed e.g “in back garden” or “in garage”. If we cannot fulfil your special instructions we will let you know before your order is sent
What if my order does not arrive?
If your order does not arrive please email us immediately at info@newboulds.co.uk or call us on 01325 729850 or 01325 720888 and we will chase your order with our driver, or with Fedex Uk (our nominated courier)
What if my order is incorrect or damaged?
If your order is incorrect or damaged please email us ASAP (and within 24 hours) at info@newboulds.co.uk and we will rectify this as soon as possible. Alternatively call us on 01325 729850 OR 01325 720888.
What if I want my order to be delivered on a Bank Holiday?
If the day you request for delivery falls on a Bank Holiday we will contact you to ask if we can deliver your order on an alternative day (e.g. the day before or after). Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a Bank Holidays
